Relief from menstrual cramps

Ginger Tea herbal tea recipe:
1. Grate 2 Tablespoons of fresh ginger into a mug.
2. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ginger and steep for 15 minutes.
3. Strain, mix in 1 teaspoon of honey, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
4. Drink tea and cramps should be gone within 30 minutes.
