Chive flower oil herbal recipe:
1. Add 1 1/2 ounces chive flowers in 1 quart of olive oil.
2. Refrigerate for 1 week or until oil turns a light purple color. (lilac)
Use Chive flower oil on salads, in cooking, on french fries, or any time a recipe calls for olive oil.
Oil will keep for up to 1 week (after infusing) in the fridge.
