Herbal home remedy to promote circulation.
Herbal Remedy Recipe:
1. Submerge 10 sprigs of parsley in 1 quart of red wine with 2 tablespoons of white-wine vinegar.
2. Boil mixture for 10 minutes.
3. Add 9 ounces of honey. Stir.
4. Strain and pour tonic into glass bottles with lids.
Remedy Directions:
Take one tablespoon 3 times a day for circulation.
*Store in a cool dry place.
Caution:
Pregnant women should not take parsley as it may cause uterine contractions.

1. Add 9 drops of rosemary essential oil in a small tub of warm water. Swish your hand around to insure the oil mixes well.
