Prevent indigestion, gas, and bloating
Home Remedy Recipe:
1. Boil 1 cup of water on the stove.
2. While water is boiling, ground 1 teaspoon of parsnip seeds into powder and place in a tall mug.
3. Pour boiling water over ground parsnip seeds, steep for approx. 10 minutes.
Stir and drink after each meal. Add honey to enhance taste.
