Internal cleansing cucumber detox drink herbal recipe:
1. Wash and peel 1 pound of cucumbers
2. Slice cucumbers length wise and scoop out seeds. (You won't need the seeds, why not bake them on a cookie sheet sprinkled with sea salt until dry. Then sprinkle on salads.)
3. Cube up the cucumber and place in a blender.
4. In the blender add, 1 cup of plain yogurt, a pinch of dill, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey.
5. Blend until completely smooth.
Directions:
1. Drink 1 cup of cucumber detox drink daily.
Store extra in the refrigerator for the next day, No longer.
Note:
Speak with a doctor before starting any cleanse. Fever, headache, and cold like symptoms are normal signs the internal cleansing is working the toxins out of your body. However, they may also be symptoms of an allergic reaction to a certain ingredient. So speak with a doctor before and during your cleanse for any health concerns.
Caution:
If your new to detox, start slowly! Try to drink a detoxifing drink 2-3 times a month and slowly build yourself up to 1 internal cleansing drink a day.
Experiment with different recipes, ingredients, and doses! Some people can not handle beets while others can not tolerate carrots. Some drinks have a minor effect on one persons body yet a strong effect on another person. The effects will vary per body depending on the amount of toxins build up in their body. So be careful and start slow.
