Remedy Recipe:
1. Mix 2 - 3 drops of lavender essential oil with 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Massage daily into skin.
Notes:
- Olive oil contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that will protect and nourish your skin. Lavender oil will soothe, soften, and tighten the skin.
- Use only extra virgin olive oil or virgin olive oil. Other oils may contain refined oil that has been chemically treated.
- Make in small batches that will be used within 1-2 days. ( Olive oil turns rancid quickly.)
- Add aloe vera gel for increased moisture and protection of your skin.
