Unclog sinuses in minutes

Posted by HerbalJournal in

Herbal Remedy Recipe:

1. Cut a small piece of cloth you won't mind if it stains. (Should at least be big enough to cover both nostrils when folded in half.)
2. Lay the cloth out on paper towel and drip 2-3 drops of spearmint essential oil around on the cloth.
3. Fold in half and let dry. (Should take just a minute)
4. Once dry, close your eyes and gently cover you nose with the cloth.
5. Slowly start breathing with your nose.
6. It should only take a few minutes to unblock your sinus cavity.

Store in a small Ziploc baggy and place in your pocket when not in use. This way you can take it with you in case your nose gets blocked up again.
