Peppermint vinegar

Herbal Recipe:

What you need:
4 ounces of fresh peppermint leaves
1 12 oz glass bottle with a lid.
1 1/2 cups of white-wine vinegar.


1. Put peppermint leaves into glass bottle.
2. Warm white-wine vinegar and pour into bottle with leaves.
3. Let cool and cap the bottle tightly.
4. Steep for 2 weeks. Strain into a new bottle. Enjoy!
