Herbal butter

Herbal Recipe:

1. In a food processor, mix 2 sticks of butter with a pinch of salt, a clove of garlic, and your favorite herb(s).

Most common choices are:
parsley, oregano, lavender, basil, coriander, sage, cloves, anise, dill, caraway seed, and chives.

2. Blend until everything is mixed well and has a smooth consistency.
3. Once mixed, spoon into a glass jar with lid and store in refrigerator.
