Herbal Tea Remedy Recipe:

1. Mix 1 tsp. peppermint leaves and 1 tsp. chamomile flowers in a cup.
2. Pour 1 cup boiling water over mixture. Steep for 15 minutes. Strain and sip to calm stomach.
